Mr. Barrera is a highly accomplished professional / entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning military service, production / event management, real estate, and entrepreneurial ventures. Mr. Barrera began his career in the United States Air Force where during his military tenure, he developed a solid foundation in technical expertise, problem-solving, and teamwork; while his dedication and commitment to excellence earned him several commendations for his outstanding performance in maintaining and repairing complex electrical systems around the world. Mr. Barrera then transitioned into the field of production / event management where for the next 14 years he quickly rose through the ranks at 2R Creative / Lavish Events Rentals and eventually served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) allowing him to be a pivotal asset in steering the company towards unprecedented growth and success by implementing strategic initiatives, optimized operational processes, and built highly efficient teams that consistently delivered exceptional results. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, a keen eye for market trends, negotiation skills, and an ability to build strong relationships Mr. Barrera then leveraged his business acumen and leadership experience and built a profitable real estate portfolio. Not content with resting on his laurels, Mr. Barrera shifted his focus to real estate development, and by joining forces with a dynamic group of entrepreneurs in the region he hopes to attain this feat in the near future.
